Lumina is committed to reducing our carbon footprint and managing resources responsibly to deliver high-quality services.

We feel privileged to be located at 25 Martin Place, a Dexus building known for its exceptional sustainability practices, including:

  • NABERS ratings: Energy (4.5 star), Water (3.5 star), Waste (4 star), and carbon-neutral certifications.

Additionally, Lumina runs several internal environmental management initiatives. Lumina operates a paperless office with superior electronic data storage and protection and encourages easy waste separation. We invest significantly in systems and technology to allow for a flexible workforce, thereby reducing the need for travel. We minimise electricity consumption using timed lighting controls and on-demand air-conditioning and encourage responsible use of resources such as energy and water by staff.
